No puedo eliminar archivos ni renombrarlos ¿que puedo hacer?

Muchas gracias ya pude eliminar y renombrarlos, ahora la duda es como puedo hacer para que se vayan al dispositivo? Agradezco su atención 😀

@Josue33870364qdbg If you are able to open the files on Acrobat, you can use the option "Save a Copy" to keep a local copy to your device.

If you can open it in Reader Mobile, you must go to the location where the files are saved and then copy them to the internal storage.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a screen shot of what you see when you are trying to rename or delete a file?

This generally happens if the file is already moved from the source location through which it was accessed using Reader Mobile.

The other reason could be the source from where you are opening the file does not allow changes being made to the file.

A screen recording or a screenshot would be better to get a better udnerstanding of the situation.
