Bajar las apps al móvil

Question

Tengo un plan completo, de todas las aplicaciones; al querer instalarlas en el móvil, me pide que pague. ¿Cómo tengo que hacer para mostrarle que tengo el plan completo?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Installing and using Adobe Apps.

Would you mind letting us know the exact error you see when using the applications? Also, I suggest checking your email address when logging into the app.

Let us know if you are using the same email address as you use on your desktop and are still experiencing the issue.
