Adding to what Bernd said, there are limitations when comparing the desktop version of Acrobat to the mobile version.

If the file is not a scanned image, you should be able to select and copy texts and pictures as the desktop version. If that is not the case, would you mid sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using ( go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The Android version your tablet is on;

3. A screen recording of the scenario you see when trying to copy;

4. A sample file where you experience the issue for better understanding.
