I have not signed up for any pay service or a free trial that I am aware of but am seeing Adobe is charging me $24.99 a month per my credit card statement. Trying to figure out how to cancel or figure out where it's coming from or if an old account I don't remember.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to track any active/paid plan for the Adobe subscription. If you did not subscribe to any services from Adobe, it would be best to contact your bank to report this as fraudulent activity and request further assistance.

@ken_4407 don't forget that even if accidentally hit that fre trial button inadvertly, you might be getting 'dinged' not by Adobe, but by the phone OS, such as Google Play Store or Apple App store, you need to contact them directly. Adobe does not have access to your accounts and billings.
