Billed twice for accounts showing cancelled

I have been billed twice for $20.99 for what appears to be two separate accounts yet both accounts show expired or cancelled 

I can't utilize adobe to edit pdfs. Keeps telling me to renew or resubscribe yet I continue to be billed. Is there a legit adobe phone number to talk to someone to straighten this out?

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
