Have been using Adobe for years to save my sewing patterns and for the first time I have been billed 80$ and my bank says it is reoccurring. I do not understand why this has happened. I only wanted the free version. Who do I talk to in order to straighten this out?

I could not search for an active subscription with the e-mail address registered with us here in the community. 

 

If there is a different e-mail address associated with your Adobe account, please share the same with me over private messages so that I can check and let you know its details.

Also, I suggest you contact the store through which you purchased the subscription for a mobile-based subscription to get better assistance.
