Billing during the trial period/incorrectly

I am receiving this billing message erroneously. I used it during the trial period and canceled immediately to avoid this kind of issue. Please cancel whatever is signed there because I didn't sign anything. If I canceled and you didn't accept it, it's a problem on your website. I hope you respond quickly to resolve this. Totally unjust and senseless billing!
