Blocco documento protetto da password

Forse non mi sono spiegato bene la password, per essere in chiaro , la password c'è l'ho già il problema consiste che la vostra applicazione mi blocca il documento da stampare è da parte vostra non ho ricevuto nessuna chiave per sbloccare il documento di mio interesse spero di essere stato chiaro adesso.

Hi Antoninog,

Sorry, the information shared above isn't clear to understand the issue correctly. Are you trying to print any pdf document using Adobe Reader mobile application?

If the document is password protected then definitely you should have the password to unlock the pdf and then give the print command.

And if the document is "Secured" and restricted to print then you would not be able to print it using mobile app. You can check the document's security using desktop application Adobe Reader DC. Open file>Right click>Document properties>Security

Le mie informazioni non sono chiare per voi allora mi spiego un'altra volta

in modo che potete capire .

La chiave per sbloccare ed aprire il documento da stampare già c'è l'ho il

problema si presenta dopo aver sbloccato il documento da stampare.

La pagina il documento da stampare resta ancora bloccato anche dopo aver

usato la chiave per sbloccare è aprire, ora spero di essere stato chiaro

Looking at your first response, if I understand correctly the document that you are trying to open is asking for password using mobile application. However, as per you the document does not have any password on it?

It would be helpful for us if you share the document, we would test the same at our end and will let you know what is the problem.

"You can share the file with us via email. And you can send it to the email that is shared via private message. Please do mention your forum thread in the subject"

There are chances that the document's security doesn't allow you print that pdf. Which you can check on desktop using the desktop application Adobe Reader DC. Open file>Right click>Document properties>Security>Printing (allowed or not)
