Bonjour je n’obtiens pas que mon abonné premium soit enregistré bien qu’ils soit présent dans les abonnements je n ai donc accès a aucune des fonctionnalités de mon abonnement cordialement

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out, We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

I have checked the Adobe accounr linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active premium plan, if you have used a different email ID to purchase the premium plan, please logout of the application and relogin with the correct Email/Adobe ID and check. 

 

Also make sure, the email used to login to the application and  the one used on the App Store for the purchase of the premium plan are same.
