Bonjour, Mon abonnement prenium est bien activé, mais il m'est impossible d'utiliser les fonctionnalités, ça me demande de m'abonner...je me suis déconnectée et reconnecté, mais ça ne change rien.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.


    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat Premium. Please logout of the application, reboot the device once nd re-login with your Adobe credentials and see if that works.


    You may also try to restore the purchase. Tap on the profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and reboot the application and check.
