Booksmarks unavailable in shared PDF on ipad

Hi there,

Maybe you can give me a call to discuss this further? My issue is viewing the bookmarks on the ipad via the adobe app. I can view them if downloaded from an email, but then is it not view through the "share" feature with the other users the document is being shared with.

The file has many bookmarks, but not able to see then when viewing the file in the "shared" files option.

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

1. Make and model of your device?
2. Application version?
3.  From where you applied bookmarks?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
