Bought a Subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium—Not Accessible

Hi everyone,

I purchased a monthly Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription. I was charged (I checked and it says my subscription will renew again in one month). But I try to actually using it and it tells me I don't have a subscription. It says I bought it under another Apple ID (I absolutely did not...and my App store confirms I have the subscription). I tried to Restore Purchases and it says "Unable to Restore: This item was purchased by a different Apple ID. Sign in with that Apple ID and try again." It's not the wrong Apple ID. I only have one which tells me I've been charged on my subscription. I've signed in and out multiple times and it's STILL not working. So I don't know what to do. I've paid for it and it doesn't work. So how do I fix it? Or how do I get a refund? Please help.

Hi Nathalie,

Adobe Acrobat Reader Premium is purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and not from Adobe. You did not purchase from Adobe and you need to contact Apple for billing issues with your iPad or iPhone.

iOS

Android OS

In addition, you posted to the Acrobat forum, which is for Desktop. I'll move your post to Acrobat Reader for Mobile for you.
