I ordered Adobe premium and paid for it and it continues to redirect me to buy premium when I try to access the features. How do I fix this? It's been almost 10 days

Hi @Keisha24109410sqes

Make sure you are signed in with the same email on which you have purchased the subscription.

If that is the same email, kindly try to restore the subscription and check if you can use the premium features.

Here is a help document you can refer to:https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/android/en/managingsubscriptions.html#activate-a-subscript...

Thanks,

Harsh

Are you asking about Acrobat for your mobile device purchased from Google Play or Apple Store?
