Bugs permanents d’Adobe Acrobat DC Pro sur ma Samsung tab S6

Question

Bonjour, j’utilise Adobe Acrobat Pro depuis un petit moment, mais ma deception est tres grande, d’autant plus que l’abonnement est cher.

En effet, travaillant beaucoup avec ma Samsung tab s6, voilà les bugs récurrents, pénibles et agaçants :

1- Les notes ou commentaires mettent un temps fou à se télécharger ou s’ouvrir!!!

2- En pleine lecture, le document, surtout ceux ouverts sur Adobe Cloud, s’enregistre tout seul, change de page et détruit par exemple la note que tu rédigeais. Si tu travailles 1heure, tu peux le subir 5, 6 fois!!!

Cest horrible! Du coup, ta productivité est divisée par 2 ou par 3. J’aimerais avoir des solutions svp,sinon je résilierai l’abonnement.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

I tried opening the attached files, and it worked fine. Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for better investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using ( go to Profile-> about Acrobat);

2. The Android version you are on;

3. A screen recording of the issue you experience.

You might also want to try clearing cache files for the application once. To do so, go to Settings-> Apps-> Acrobat-> click the button "Clear Cache."
