Buttons not working on mobile (also hyperlinks) and kindle

Hi,

I have merged many pdfs to form 1... on kindle it's showing all actual names of merged files as it shows in content list..

(1) buttons are not working

(2) I have a table of contents but it shows the list of names of merged pdfs as content list (index)

In android  mobile ..

(1) buttons & hyperlinks are not working

If opened in any other ..e.g.

How to solve these poins  &make it working across platforms ?
