I wanted to subscribe to your 1 week free trial version , to do that you asked for my credit card's info.

You took it & made me subscribe to 1 month & 1year premium & you took the fees out of my account without my consent or permission or approval !

What do you call this ???

Hello I also have been charged twice need one of charges received and I don't want to continue after free trial ends tomorrow how to I unsubscribe

Go to galaxy store , press on the menu , bottom right , go to subscriptions
& unsubscribe.

Sorry for the trouble.

As mentioned above, you tried to opt for the free trial but got charged, we have checked your email, but there is no subscription active. Do you have any other email on which you have subscribed, do let us know in a private message. 

Note- The 7-day free trial is only applicable once on an email and only for Annual subscriptions.
