Can Adobe Reader for iOS create PDF forms?

I’m looking for a way to create variable fields in a pdf document.   Can this app do this? if nor can someone suggest an iOS app that does allow this., other than Word?

Hi Buzzdc,

As mentioned above, that you are willing to create a fillable form using Acrobat Reader mobile app on iOS.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible on mobile devices. Mobile app doesn't work exactly same as a desktop app, it has certain limitation and gives you access for the basic features.

What you are looking for, can be done using through the "Prepare Form" feature of Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application not the mobile app.

However, you can "Create PDF" on mobile app, but adding form fields is not possible.
