Can I cancel my subscription so that I can purchase a subscription for my computer instead which will include mobile?

I purchased a subscription for my Android phone, the year long one. I thought this would include use on my laptop as well. It does not. I would like to cancel my mobile subscription to purchase a full regular subscription on my laptop that will include mobile. Can I do this?
