    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The Adobe Scan app does not have a built-in fingerprint lock feature
Most modern smartphones have a built-in "App Lock" or "Secure Folder" utility that can force Adobe Scan to request your fingerprint before opening.
    For Android Devices:

    1. Open your phone's Settings app.

    2. Search for App Lock, Utilities, or Security & Privacy. (options may vary by brand)

    3. Turn on the App Lock toggle switch.

    4. Verify your identity using your phone's fingerprint or passcode.

    5. Scroll through your app list and toggle the switch next to Adobe Scan to lock it.

Note: If you use a Samsung device, you can alternatively move the app into the Secure Folder for a separate, fingerprint-protected environment.

    For Apple iOS Devices (iPhone)

    1. Open the built-in Shortcuts app.
    2. Tap the Automation tab at the bottom, then tap the + (plus) sign.
    3. Select Create Personal Automation and choose App.
    4. Tap Choose, select Adobe Scan, and ensure "Is Opened" is checked.
    5. Tap Next, add the action Lock Screen, and hit Next again.
    6. Turn off Ask Before Running, then tap Done.
Whenever Adobe Scan opens, your phone will instantly lock and require Face ID or Touch ID to grant access.

Let us know how it works.
For more information you may refer to your phone manufacturer support to get more details on such features.
