can not cancel subscription

made a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader by mistake. I thought that it could be canceled at anytime.
However, I have been trying to cancel it but I have not succeeded.
The fee has been charged in my credit card account and the bank told me that I have to get in touch with you so as to have it cancelled.
I have sent messages and e-mails but have not heard from you

Please, cancel my subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader because I do not use it.

  • Tap “Subscriptions” and then Tap “Manage Subscriptions”.
  • You are now in Play Store. Choose the item that you want to cancel and then tap “Cancel Subscription”.

I didn't even sign up for a subscription and was somehow automatically enrolled and found unauthorized charges on my bank account.

I would like a refund of my money and ensure my subscription is canceled.

And to handle the finance part you need to contact Adobe Customer Care directly . Your money issues or refunds (if any) will not get resolved here in the user-to-user support forums.
