Can not share a flattened copy

The new updated got rid of the option to share a flattened copy to a 3rd party program. This is how our whole office uploads PDFs to our system. Please help!

    SOLVED! To the right of the file name are three little dots, like this: … 

    Press on those. 
    Then, select Send a Copy. The usual iOS share menu will appear.

    Yes we can do that but it is not a flattened copy of the document. Our clients can edit the price and the info if they wanted to. There use to be an option when you clicked share and you can send a flattened copy to sms or whatever 3rd party program you wanted to.

    We almost exclusively share documents using iMessage. Removing the ability to use that or any other third-party app dramatically reduces the usefulness of this product.
