Can someone please help me?
I'm having an issue using my app on my iPhone should I delete the app and reinstall it?

When you say "deleting pictures," are you referring to the pictures appearing on your Recent List?
If yes, I suggest selecting them all-> clicking the three dots to the top right-> clicking "Remove from recent." This removes all the picture files from the recent list.
If you use the delete option, those pictures would be removed from the source location too.
