Hi I cannot see my payslip it says I need a password but wasn't sent one do I have to make one up I used the one connected to my email but doesn't work I am new to this

The payslips that you were sent were password protected to safeguard the sensitivity of the documents.

You can make up a password for them as they already have one at the time of creation.

I suggest checking with your organization or the emails through which you were sent the documents to check for the access password.

As per the issue description that the password you are trying to view the payslip is not working. Please confirm the password once again, it doesn't work if the entered password is wrong.

As you have mentioned that you are trying open your password protected pay slip, but it does not work. Is there any error message you are getting? If you are typing an incorrect password then it is not possible to reset a password if you forgot the correct one.

We recommend you contact the source of the PDF file to confirm the password or resend the PDF.
