Can’t Access Subscription

I've got a yearly Acrobat Premium subscription but when I log in I'm still on the free subscription. Even after I restore purchase. I can't even cancel the subscription & re buy it as it says the new subscription will kick in after the "current" subscription expires in a 1 years time.

 

Its even more frustrating that we can't speak to a person in support that can assist on the spot.

We hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and am unable to find any active plan/subscription.

 

Please cross-check that the email ID you used to purchase the Plan and the one you are using to log in to the application are the same. Please log out of the application, reboot the device, and re-login with the correct Adobe ID, and check if that helps.
