Question

Can't access to my account

I had logged in on different device but with the same email, and I can't access to any pdf. It shows "Welcome!" As if it's the first time I created the account. It's all new. Please do reply, I have many important documents saved there. It's urgent!!

    Bonjour,

    Je ne peux pas faire une sauvegarde sur un disque dur externe des fichiers pdf présent sur mon compte.

    Dois je les télécharger un par un pour les enregistrer sur un disque de sauvegarde ?

    Lol vous les garder en otage ou je suis idiot.

    Dans ce dernier cas, je serai soulagé que vous m'instruisez.

    Pouvez vous m'envoyez un fichier d'instruction pour débloquer tout cela
