Can’t cancel subscription

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the past hour and can't! I signed up for the free trial on Friday and it's Tuesday and they already charged me and it's not even 7 days yet. I've tried everything to cancel it and this is now my last resort it seems so can someone help me please

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
