Question

Can’t change font in Acrobat for the iPad even after installing it via Creative Cloud

So I was editing a PDF and I needed to add my name on it. For some reason, Calibri isn't included in the default pre-installed fonts that Adobe offers (weird!). So instead I tried installing it via Creative Cloud in the Fonts section. However, after installing Calibri, I restarted CC and Acrobat and Calibri still isn't available. This is driving me nuts as I just wanted my name to be consistent along with the other parts of my file. Can anyone help me?

PS. I am using an iPad Pro.

Hi, 3 years on and still nothing has improved. Since I'm on the Pro free trial, I will obviously not go ahead with the purchase

Hi @Rodolphe36791979leoj,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Acrobat should automatically detect the font used in your document and try to accomodate the same in the document.

If this is not something you experience, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The iPadOS version of your device;

3. A screen recording of the complete event for a better understanding.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Same here, installed fonts appear on System Settings, Pages, Numbers, but not on Acrobat which is an Adobe app... Very frustrating, anyone has a fix for that?

Cheers!

Hi @FdA_Bruno

Thanks for providing the screenshots.

Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better.

1. iOS version?

2. Application version?

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

Have you found any solution? Is getting me crazy as well

How is it possible that the fonts intalled are compatible with other third party apps, except with an app our their own company
