Can’t convert photos or files to PDF

When I try to convert photos, documents or files to PDF the screen comes up inviting me to a free trile on ACOBAT. I've already registered with ADOBE ACROBAT paying each month why am I being invited to use free trial!??? I just want to convert stuff to PDF!

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to create PDFs and getting the pop up for the free trial.

     

    Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF?

     

    I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active Acrobat premium subscription for mobile devices.

    Are you trying to create PDFs from your computer using Acrobat premium? If yes, this subscription works with mobile devices, you can convert photos/documents to PDF using Acrobat Reader mobile app (with Acrobat premium services enabled).
