As I can check your account is not having any subscription purchased. It looks like you have subscribed on a different email signed in using a different one. Kindly double-check the email address you are using to sign in to the app.

I have an Adobe subscription. Each time I attempt to use it, it says subscribe. I cant because I have an active subscription.
