Can't get 6 digit code into open

I have important documents that need to go out today. Can't put my 6 digit code in fast enough. Stupid. So after 3x they close me out. WTF...HELP...

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the issue.

We need some more information for a better understanding:

1- Have you received this PDF from someone else? If you are not the creator/owner of the PDF, then it might be possible the owner/creator of the PDF may have set security settings where after the number of correct attempts exceeds, the user may have to wait for some time and try again.

2- If you are the owner, you can enter the correct password.

Hi. I can't login, can't figure out how to do why it sends me a number
code, & then I can't get back to it fast enough to sign in. I have
important paperwork re: disability. Seriously what is going on. Can't even
find phone #s because I'm supposed to login. Again Seriously??? Chat didn't
work the other day NEED A HUMAN PLEASE...
