Can’t get my pdf pro

I already bought PDF pro and now send me again to get it and says my buy is in course but nothing happens. Can't edit my pdf's. And this is the second time it happens

I pay for the Adobe premium account, but every time I try to create a pdf it tells me I need to subscribe. I've tried restoring my purchase, I've unsubscribed and resubscribed. Why can't I access it?
