Can't Highlight and copy from Document Cloud

Hi there, I can't highlight to copy text on cloud documents. When press down to highlight text it gives me the menu with Note, Text, Freehand. So it doesn't give the option to highlight and copy. How can i resolve this? Thanks

Could you please check if the file you are trying to highlight is a scanned document?

Have you tried highlighting the file in Adobe Reader desktop application?

Could you please check if the file you are trying to highlight is a scanned document?

Hi Pkoolc,

As per the description mentioned above, you are unable to highlight the text in a pdf stored in the Document Cloud, is this correct?

Please try selecting the text in a pdf by long pressing the text and see if you are getting option to highlight:
