Can't log in

Question

I have tried to sign into my account many a time on my Nook Glowlight 3 and nothing on the troubleshooting page has worked! I doubled checked my email and password like EVERYONE tells me to do, have changed my password multiple times, and have gotten no results! If anyone has had my problem please respond ASAP with no hesitation!

Are you trying to log in on an Adobe application?

If yes, could you please let us know the Adobe application you are using on your device?

What happens when you try to log in? Do you get any error message?

If yes, please share the exact message you get.
