Can´t login to iOS app with Google, keeps getting an "500" error

I am trying to login to the Acrobat app using my Google account but it keeps giving me an error "500" and i have tried multiple times. Also tried uninstalling and then re-installing the app.

Have no issues to login via the website FYI, this only happens in the iOS app.

 

Anyone can help with this problem?

To assist you better, could you please share the version of iOS you're currently using? If you haven't already, please check for any pending updates, install them, and then reboot your device to see if that resolves the issue.

 

Additionally, I recommend visiting Google's Device Activity page to remove all logged-in sessions for the device you're experiencing issues with. Afterward, try signing in again by re-adding or re-authenticating the device to see if that helps.
