Can't make any bookmar or read the existing bookmar on ipad mini 6

Hi Suport team,

 

I got ipad mini 6 as a new device which I would like to use it to rea the pdf files I ever read and bookmarked through an adroid device.

My PDF files are on document cloud and I tried to open these files thorught document clould on Ipad mini 6.
However after the document was opened, I can't find any bookmark icon or menu which allow me access to bookmark list and it also do not have any bookmar icon to let me add a bookmark.

 

Is it a bug on new vsion of IOS ?
If it does not, please let me know how to get and add a bookmark.

To understand your issue better, I would like to know few more details here:

  1.  Have you downloaded the PDF or directly opening it from Document Cloud?
  2. Try to download the document and let us know if that works.
  3. What is the OS version and device model on which you bookmarked the document originally.
  4. Is it the case with all the documents?

 

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Hi Rai,

 

I'm the below are my anwser for each of your questions.

1. I tried both for open direct from document cloud and download to acrobat folder on ipad device and open pdf.

2. I did it but the result still not change.

3. I added bookmark to the same files through  both device Galaxy Tab S7 (Android 11) and Huawei mediapad M3 (Android 7) which these bookmark sync perfect between both devices.

4. Yes, the other document which already has bookmark can't access from Ipad mini 6 (IOS 15.0.1)
