Can’t not email from app

Let's go one by one and solve the issues.

For the keyboard detached from the screen, try any of the below steps:

• Go to Settings  > General > Keyboard, then turn Split Keyboard off.

• Touch and hold  or , tap Keyboard Settings, then select Split Keyboard.

Once disabled, your keyboard should reset to the default layout.

Now coming to the email issue. Would you mind letting us know the exact issue when trying to share a copy from email? Are you using the send-a-copy feature or the direct share option? 

Send a copy should attach a PDF file to your email, while the share feature will add an Acrobat Cloud Storage shareable link to your email.
