Can’t open a file, need a Adobe 8

I have Adobe pro and am not able to open a document because it requires Adobe 8. How do I open this file?

    Hi @Brian34619319mijo,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    From the description, you are trying to view a Government Form or an XFA-dynamic form.

    These files generally have very complex metadata, which is difficult to process on mobile processors.

     

    That being said, the team is already investigating ways to view such files, and it would be highly appreciated if you could share a sample file with me here.
