Can’t open Adobe app after I updated my old Ipad

So I have an old ipad (I think it's Ipad air 2), got it in 2015.
I have not updated my ipad for a long time until recently I finally updated it to ios 15. But after the update I can no longer open the Adobe app. I looked at app store and I did see that the app requires ios 16+ to use. My question is is there a way I can open the app still? I have got a lot of files saved in the Adobe app and because I couldn't open the app, I couldn't access all my files.

Hi @jayson_5252

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how important it is to access your files, especially after an update.

The latest version of the Adobe app requires iOS 16 or later, and since the iPad Air 2 is not compatible with iOS 16, this can be a challenge. However, you can try the following steps to access your files:

  1. Check cloud storage: If your Adobe files were synced to Adobe Document Cloud, you can access them through the web version of Adobe Acrobat by visiting https://adobe.ly/4eSA43P on your computer or a browser that’s compatible with your iPad.

  2. File Transfer: If the files were stored locally on your iPad, try connecting your iPad to a computer and try to transfer files from your device to your computer via use iTunes or Finder and see if that works.

Hope this information will help.
