Can't open documents

  1. Since I've upgraded my phone I cant open my documents on abobe acrobat reader

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, you cannot open documents in Acrobat Reader.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to open the PDF? Do you get any error message?

Where exactly the document is saved?

Share the application and OS version currently installed on the device.

I have the exact same problem. I click on the PFD icon attached to a email and it doesn't open anymore. A box opens and prompts you to save the file. So I can save the file and open it that way but no longer can I just click the attached PDF and view it like normal.
