Can't. Open file

Everytime I try to open document that I need to sign and send back says I have nothing on my device that can open it I need to sign and send back asaps

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to open the document and get the message you have nothing on the device that can open it.

     

    - Is it a PDF file that you are trying to open and sign or a different format file? Would you mind sharing what is the format of this file that you are trying to open?

     

    If its a PDF file, please try to open a different PDF file on your mobile device to check if its a file specific issue. Also, please try to open the faulty PDF file on your computer using Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application) and see if that helps. https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

     

    Also, check for any missing/pending update for Acrobat Reader Mobile Application and try updating it via App Store (iOS) Or Google Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and check.
