Can’t open file on my iPhone

I keep getting an error trying to open a PDF on my Apple iPhone. Message states that I need to download the latest version for my Mac or iPhone. When I look at my profile, I have the latest acrobat pro. So I am at a loss as to what to do - please assist

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble. 

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, please share the screenshot of the error message or a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

 

Update the app to the latest version available on the App Store and reboot the device once and see if that works.

 

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have a business and a personal profile under the same Adobe ID. Please logout of the application, reboot the device and re-login with the personal profile as described here https://adobe.ly/3U87L8D
