Can't open file/URL

Could you let me know what happens when you attempt to open the PDF file? If you're receiving an error message, please provide a screenshot for better understanding.

Additionally, try downloading the PDF file to your device and then open it using the Acrobat Reader Mobile application.

If possible, a brief video recording of the steps you're taking and the issue you're encountering would also be very helpful.
