Can’t open link from chrome on IPAD

I'm on my iPad trying to view a document on a website that specifically says ill need the adobe acrobat reader to view it. The document online is under a link that takes me to an error page. How to i open this link in the adobe app on my iPad?

What does the error page say exactly? The chances are you need to us Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac. There are many things that Acrobat Reader for iPad canot do.
