Can't open pdf

I am not able to open pdf documents. I was able just last week. Any suggestions?

      The error message you shared looks like an issue with the desktop version of the application. 

       

      The board and discussion are related to Acrobat Reader for Mobile. Would you mind letting me know if you experience such issues on the mobile version so we can investigate?

      As you have mentioned that you are unable to open a PDF. We need to know few more details to understand the issue better.

      1. Is there any error message showing up?
      2. Have you tried with some other PDF viewer, are they opening fine?
      3. What is the OS name (Android/Mac) and version?

       

      Please update your application to the latest version, then sign out and sign back in.
