I am getting an error when I try to download, open pdfs.
The error says file cannot be accessed. Please check your connection or make the file name shorter.
This only happens on my phone. Galaxy s20+ 5g with android 11. This is the adobe acrobat that was included with the phone.
Any help would be appreciated.
@richman2307 :Thank you for contacting us. Are you trying to download files on SD card? If yes, then changing the setting to not Save to SD card would solve the issue.
If you still face the issue, please help us with the following information:
* Have you recently updated your device on Android 11 after which you'hv started facing this issue?
* Are you facing this issue with other pdf apps as well?
