Can’t open reader app after new ios update install

Hi, I can't open the reader app and reach to my saved files on my iPhone after installing the latest update of ios

as they say that the developers didn't update the Adobe acrobat application.

please note that I have two Adobe acrobat apps on my iphone , the problem is in the second one in the attached photo.

 

 

Please help me as soon as possible to reach my saved files.  Thanks

IOS update: 14.6

Application version: 18.05.29(20180529)

sorry this is not helpful as I restart my device and still can't open the icon

Please help me more other than useless traditional ways like rebooting my device

I need a powerful solution for that icon , it is not the first time to lose my important files with Adobe updates.     Thanks

Hi, I already use this icon, I talk about my saved files on the other icon application, how can I open them again, I can't find them on the current one,please help me more.  Thanks

    Hope you are doing well.

     

    We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

    1. Make and model of your device?
    2. Application version?

     

    You need to log in to the first app which says Acrobat with a red icon. We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Reboot your device.

    Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

    For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.05.00

    I'm having exactly the same issues. Please advise. iPhone 6s. Can't open to access old saved files.
