Can't open the file posted in Facebook

Can you advise me how to open the PDF file posted in Facebook? 
recently upgraded from the iPhone 8 to 11. iOS 14.
Lot of space in I phone storage.

Adobe acrobat reader was reinstalled but can't open. 
Do not react anything in Facebook.
