Can't read the PDF file with Acrobat Reader

I solved the problem by uploading the original Word file (WPS) to Adobe online Word converter and get back a NEW PDF file, it works. I can read from my mobile phone (Adobe Reader).

As a temporary resort, I can also read the file from "Adobe Sign and Fill" app.

My friends can read the original PDF file when.ai SENT them via WhatsApp.

@vtoast8_8701 it's a font issue! The fact that converting the Word file to a new PDF with Adobe's online tool, and your friends being able to read the original PDF on WhatsApp, strongly points to a font issue. Often, when fonts aren't fully embedded within a PDF, some devices or readers struggle to display the text properly because they don't have those specific fonts installed.
