Can't reset password

I've tried, a million times from my actual account, to update my password after logging in with Google. I created a new account because I couldn't even ask for help without signing in.

So I get the verification code sent to my email. janelle.hollars@gmail.com ... I type it in the app, and it doesn't work, it just says "undefined". I'll try to attach the screenshots that I took. I've tried this a million times a million different ways over MONTHS and still get the same error every time. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks in advance.
