Can’t restore purchase

I have a new iPad and have downloaded Acrobat. It states on the app that I am an Acrobat Pro subscriber, however, when I click on restore purchases it says there is no active subscription to restore. It is signed in with the same email address as the one I used to subscribe. That being said, I am definitely not able to use any of the Pro features. Please advise. Thanks!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

From the screenshot, it already shows that your profile is subscribed to Acrobat Pro. 

Would you mind sharing the issues you see when trying to use the pro features? Any screen recording video that can show us the entire event for better understanding and investigation?
